Why can I offer you such a service? Because I have been delivering face-to-face IT training for years. During that time, I honed my skills to interact with my learners at a personal level giving people a chance to practice their learning in a non threatening environment.
I took those experiences, and embarked on a journey of learning, seeing how learners liked to learn, not only in the classroom, but also online.
What I found was there was not a ‘one size fits all’ approach, often a blended learning approach appeals to some people, others hate online learning, some love it. And most people just like the personal approach.
