What do you need to learn to get your work done?

Forget about ‘one size fits all’ traditional IT classroom training that fails to empower you to be productive at work.

The world of work has changed, busy people need personalised training that meets their learning at the ‘speed of need’.

When you embark on IT training with me, we forget about the software tool or program you are learning about, and focus on your business goals.

Why can I offer you such a service? Because I have been delivering face-to-face IT training for years. During that time, I honed my skills to interact with my learners at a personal level giving people a chance to practice their learning in a non threatening environment.

I took those experiences, and embarked on a journey of learning, seeing how learners liked to learn, not only in the classroom, but also online.

What I found was there was not a ‘one size fits all’ approach, often a blended learning approach appeals to some people, others hate online learning, some love it. And most people just like the personal approach.

My skills snapshot:
Tertiary qualified, professional IT Consultant with a proven track record in curriculum development, business analysis, instructional design, quality assurance and managing training and eLearning programmes and systems. Accomplished technical writer and documentation specialist.

Experienced in managing e-learning projects (using ‘Cloud-based’ e-learning solutions) and designing and providing administration of LMS systems.

Specialties:
LMS design, administration, planning online learning, product development, rapid eLearning course design and development, ability to use a range of eLearning authoring tools, reporting course metrics, project management of vendor relationships, championing eLearning, IT course facilitation of small and large groups, courseware design, process and procedure documentation.
