I’m Keith Williams, founder of Nom@d Learning. On this site, I write about topics related to leadership, management, team building, and developing essential soft skills.

Recently, I started writing on Medium, where I write inspiring short stories about my childhood, leadership, management, team building, and how you can learn to stay “on top of your game.”

For me, storytelling is about uplifting and empowering others. Through short tales, whether fictional or from real lives of grit and grace, I explore leadership, the challenges we all face, and finding our purpose even in hard times.
