I’m a learning designer, writer, and leadership educator. I have more than 25 years of experience in IT training, eLearning design, workplace learning, and soft skills development. Through Nom@d Learning I share practical ideas, thoughtful reflections, and useful frameworks. These help people lead with more clarity, learn with more intention, and grow with more confidence.

Nom@d Learning brings together my work on leadership, learning, communication, personal development, and the future of work. My aim is not just to share ideas. I want to turn those ideas into something people can actually use in their work and lives.
