Seven Ordinary Characters Face Their Inner Demons in New Anthology
Check out the recently published collection of stories exploring ordinary people and their fears of imperfection.
I am thrilled to announce the release. This is our inaugural collection of short fiction works. It is titled ‘Seven Ordinary People and Their Fear of Imperfection.’
Co-authored with my friend and author, James Taris, our anthology explores the universal human struggles of self-doubt. It also explores perfectionism. The book portrays simple characters grappling with their inner demons.
In the full-length novel, 1 Faulty Bend: Seven ordinary people and their fear of imperfection, readers will follow the stories of seven individuals. Their stories are intertwined. The book reveals the interconnectedness of their lives. These individuals grapple with intense self-doubt. They also struggle with perfectionism, portraying the relentless battle against imperfection.
Readers are immersed in a profound exploration of how minor imperfections and perceived flaws can gradually overwhelm one’s thoughts if not confronted, underscoring the significance of addressing these inner struggles.
In addition, seven short stories offer more succinct glimpses into themes of vulnerability, career aspirations, low self-esteem, creativity blocks, and work-life balances.
By sharing relatable stories of ordinary individuals, we illustrate how conquering feelings of inadequacy serves as an essential component of one’s personal evolution.
Our anthology offers profound insights into prevalent psychological obstacles, fostering a sense of unity among readers as they find solace in the shared exploration of imperfections.
